HR & Recruitment Administrator
Your new company
Our commercial client based in Dorking, Surrey is urgently seeking to recruit a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join their team initially on a 9 month fixed term contract to cover for maternity however there may be scope for this role to be extended or made permanent.
Your new role
- HR administration - responding to reference requests, updating addresses on the system, updating other personal information on the system, dealing with holiday queries
- Training administration - co-ordinating internal training sessions - booking rooms, booking refreshments, managing delegates and liaising with some external providers
- Recruitment administration - making interview packs, giving and chasing feedback to candidates and agencies, booking interviews, ensuring HR system is up to date at all times with recruitment activity, meeting candidates for interviews, issuing interview expenses, raising PO's for placements, booking travel for candidates (where applicable)
- Onboarding administration - putting together offers and contracts, sending out references, all aspects of the basic check process, updating systems when offers are accepted or declined
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking a confident team player for their role. It is a busy HR team and you will gain some outstanding experience.
You will ideally have some previous HR or Recruitment experience, have good attention to detail, with excellent IT skills.
This role also could suit a candidate who has worked in recruitment consultancy that would like their first in-house Recruitment/HR role.
