HR Business Partner - Projects
Excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner (Projects) to lead this nationally renowned business through a period of significant change to the way they reward their people and drive tangible improvements in employee engagement.
Reporting to a Head of HR, you will deliver projects designed to improve the Reward Promise by working alongside the wider HR team and other key stakeholders in the business. Projects will include - review and replace the Reward and Benefits portal; shaping a new bonus scheme; changes to terms and conditions, review of job grades and salary bands.
Ideally you will have a good knowledge of pay and benefits structures and employee relations, but it is absolutely essential that you have robust project management skills, excellent stakeholder management and be tenacious and delivery focused.
