HR Advisor (ER)
We are looking to meet with HR Advisors or ER Advisors to discuss a newly created role with our exclusive client based in Northamptonshire. The position has been added due to slight restructuring in the team and need as the business grows.
As a key member of the HR team you will responsible for handling ER issues, G&D and processes. You will be expected to build good relationships with your key stakeholders and managers ensuring you can support and coach them through performance management processes, sickness absence, Disciplinary and Grievance hearings and all other requests.
Other duties will include:-
Conducting employee surveys
Conducting exit interviews
Ad hoc projects
Manage well-being activities
The successful candidate will have excellent employment law knowledge who is able to counsel and advise a challenging client group. This is a fast paced environment with very clear business objectives and thus the ability to prioritise numerous objectives and tasks is critical. CIPD is desirable.
