A leading UK fashion brand is currently looking for a Reward Analyst to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The role is to support the Reward Partner with a number of key reward activities; including but not limited to:
- Support the annual compensation review
- Market data analysis
- Supporting the design of new benefits offerings
- Developing tailored packages
- Gender Pay Gap analysis
You need to have previous compensation experience and knowledge around reward benchmarking. An understanding of benefits is key and experience of reporting.
Retail backgrounds are preferred.
