Better Placed HR People are working with an exciting and fast growing organisation to recruit a HR Manager, based in Northampton. This opportunity will see you partner one of the most high profile sites in the business, supporting the director and the leadership team through the growth agenda.Reporting into the Regional Head of HR, you will manage a team of HR Advisors and HR Assistants, guiding, supporting and coaching them in all areas of HR. The business want HR to add real commercial value, your voice will be heard and the business are extremely receptive to great HR.This is a generalist HR role and the organisation want you to act as a HR Business Partner, coaching, advising and challenging the leadership and management teams. You and your team will be responsible for driving the entire HR agenda. You will be actively involved in complex employee relations issues, working with and building relationships with the unions, resourcing, performance management, talent management, reward, employee engagement, well-being and learning and development. In many of these areas, you will draw on the expertise from the centres of excellence to deliver what is necessary. It is therefore critical that you come from a generalist HR management or HR business partnering background.You will be able to demonstrate a broad generalist HR Management background either in a HR Manager, Regional HR Manager or HR Business Partner role. You will be able to show how you have partnered with senior teams and implemented HR initiatives that have had real value.
