Oakleaf Partnership are working with a globally renowned organisation based in Windsor, who are currently looking for an Incentives Analyst to join a high performing, busy and supportive team. This position will be reporting into and working collaboratively with the Incentives Manager, to deliver the incentives agenda across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Developing a solid understanding of each business units issues and priorities to help deliver on overall objectives across the reward agendaWorking in partnership with broader HR colleagues, to act as an expert in incentive arrangements, offering recommendations for incentive plan solutions across the businessSupporting on developing analytics through building spread sheets, modelling and reporting of variable pay MIDeveloping benchmarking for market analysis We are looking for someone who has worked in HR, ideally with Reward experience however if you have a real interest in pursuing a career in reward then will be interested in speaking with you.
