Your new role
Reporting into the HR Business partner your role will be to support the full employee cycle from supporting recruitment activities, compensation & benefits, learning and development, policies and procedures etc you will support all administration within these areas. This role would suit a candidate who has some previous HR experience that is seeking to grow and develop. It is envisaged this role will develop into a HR Advisor role within 18 months and potentially the organisation may provide study support for CIPD!
