An international, FTSE 100 global corporate organisation are currently looking to add a HR Advisor to join their team. Based in fantastic offices, in the heart of London this is a brilliant opportunity for someone to really grow and develop their career, under the guidance of accomplished HR professionals. The HR team are incredibly valued by the wider business so a collaborative and partnering approach is key! Please note this is a permanent opportunity. You will be responsible for providing specialist HR expertise to a technical function globally, ensuring operational delivery and implementation of HR action plans are in line. Strong academics are highly desirable. Key Duties:Provide on-going HR support to the relevant functionsLead and support HR projectsManage the implementation of wider business initiatives within client groupsLead the implementation of organisational development work with client groups in alignment with Group HR strategiesDrive effective talent management audit and action planning within relevant disciplines, including programmes for attracting, retaining and driving mobility of high-quality talentFacilitates the annual performance management and pay review processTake active steps to identify and prioritise critical technical capabilities and talent requirementsKey requirements:Effective in working with diverse teams and sensitive to local social, political and cultural realitiesComfortably interact across all mediums of interaction i.e. face to face vs virtual interactions with teams and stakeholdersEffectively influence and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomesRemains focused in times of uncertainty and ambiguityUnderstanding of change management and organisational development methodologiesEmployment practices and laws - UK specific, South African specific and international overview
