HR Data Generalist - Global Mining Company - London
My client, a global Mining organisation with its headquarters based in Central London, are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated and strategic HR Specialist to join their high preforming Technical and Sustainability HR team. The main purpose of this role is to help coordinate the HR processes across the Technical and Sustainability function, providing data analytics as well as overall coordination and development to support the HR team. Reporting directly to the HR Advisor you will be responsible for contributing to a broad range of duties including recruitment and onboarding, change management, the implementation of various performance management processes and talent management. This role requires someone who not only enjoys the more generalist side of HR, but also someone who has the knowledge and passion of working with systems and processes such as SAP to help shape and lead an organisation forward. Someone with advanced Excel skills is essential for this role!
