An Exciting job opportunity for a Permanent HR Advisor, you will be joining a growing organisation, who have recently implemented lots of positive change and are keen for an HR Advisor to carry out all true generalist HR duties in addition you will be responsible for helping to embed the new change initiatives. This company are very much about work life balance and will consider supporting CIPD study.
Your new role
As a permanent HR Advisor, you will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for all generalist HR duties for your region, including coaching and delivering training to Managers on how to get their best out of their teams and managing performance, capability, talent and helping to embed the new values, you will also be responsible for sitting in on interviews and assessment days to assist the recruitment team and managing ER cases where required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be an HR Advisor who has experience in a true generalist, customer facing role or an HR Assistant/HR Co-ordinator who is looking to take their next step in to an HR Advisor role with some experience of dealing with ER cases from end-end.
