Learning & Development Manager
An opportunity for a Learning & Development Manager to work with the company's head of talent in the human resources team to plan, develop and deliver the company's core training strategy from their Berkshire office.
A FTSE 250 business with a good track record of year on year growth in the property industry . The company carries out and manages a full range of housing development activities in the property industry.
The role will require the successful Learning & Development Manager to:
- take a key role in developing and delivering leadership training to senior members of the business
- manage the core training budget
- provide direction and support to direct reports (L&D advisers)
- develop an e-learning capability
Training will will focus around softer skills.
The Learning & Development Manager will have a passion for an L&D role that combines both planning and delivery. You will have the credibility to deliver training to senior members of the business as well as influencing staff as and when required.
You will ideally have had experience managing junior L&D advisers and some experience of the property sector however attitude, confidence and flair will be considered stronger attributes for our client.
