The Recruitment Partner will join the business at a time of rapid change & growth, working in a team of busy and experienced specialists to deliver an excellent recruitment service to the organisation

Our client is well-known and established organisation based in London


The Recruitment Partner works in a busy & established team to provide a comprehensive recruitment advisory service to the organisation within the EMEA and UK offices. The successful candidate will manage high volumes of vacancies from campaign approval to point of offer, supporting the business in attracting, sourcing and recruiting high calibre individuals to suit the businesses unique & progressive needs. This includes the following duties:

  • Managing key stakeholder relationships in conjunction with HR Business Partners and the wider business

  • External market insight and direct sourcing - e.g. database mining, specialist job board posting, LinkedIn search, social media, networking

  • Leading campaign kick-off meetings and coaching managers through effective recruitment campaigns

  • Working effectively with recruitment agencies where appropriate

  • Assessment Centre co-ordination and facilitation

  • Interpretation of Psychometric and Aptitude tests

  • Liaising with candidates and agencies to ensure timely feedback on applications & processes

  • Providing weekly & monthly reports to stakeholders

  • Identifying opportunities to support the organisation's employer brand including attending industry events, open days, careers fairs and partnership with local FE establishments

  • Contributing to the effectiveness and management of the organisation's PSL


Michael Page are looking for a Recruitment Partner with the following skills & experience:

  • Experience in an in-house recruitment role within a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders

  • Direct sourcing experience

  • ATS system experience

  • Recruitment legislation knowledge

  • High attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong Excel skills

  • A proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic team player

  • Creative, solution orientated and with a 'can do' attitude

Job Offer

Contract until end December 2017, daily rate of £200 (LTD/Umbrella) or equivalent salary of £40,000 dependant on experience
