My client is a global Investment Bank. They now have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join their established HR function. The purpose of the role is to support the relevant business area and client group with informed and professional HR Advice and guidance.

The role will work in partnership with senior business leaders, contributing to the development of the business agenda and delivering the associated people plan, which is likely to consist of:

  • Structural and cultural organisation change and its impact on people
  • Reward and Payroll processes
  • Performance Development
  • Resourcing
  • People capability build / Talent development
  • Employee Relations
  • HR Transformation
  • Working closely with key clients in an advisory capacity to deliver across all aspects of the HR lifecycle
  • Communicating business priorities to HR Specialist Team and interfacing with them to ensure delivery of HR products and services to the business
  • Supporting the Business Partner team to ensure that Global HR strategies are delivered and objectives are met

Requirements for the role:

  • Bachelors Degree / Equivalent Experience
  • Previous HR Business Partner & Project Management Experience, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to incorporate metrics and analysis into HR delivery
  • Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work, execute flawlessly, and understand HR processes
  • The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, confident, and able to navigate through change
  • Strong personal credibility with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior managers in order to influence
  • Change and project management experience
