Oakleaf Partnership are working with a major retail brand in west London, recruiting for a Senior Manager of Executive Compensation.

As Senior Manager you will lead on all of the day to day responsibilities surrounding executive compensation, reporting directly into the Head of Executive compensation and Share Schemes. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to RemCo, HRD and other senior leaders. You will draft the DRR and RemCo papers as well as managing all information surrounding the recruitment of senior hires. As Senior Manager you will be pivotal in the management of performance targets for all Company share schemes and manage the remuneration for all Non-Executive Directors . The ideal candidate will also have previous experience of designing and implementing senior share schemes as well as operating in a senior level reward role previously, in a highly matrix, large scale organization.
