OH Clinical Manager - North of England - Part Home based
We are currently looking for an experienced Occupational Health Clinical Manager to work on a full time, permanent basis with one of our clients.
This role will be homebased but there will be a travel requirement to cover a number of client sites based across the North of England anywhere between Glasgow to Lancashire.
The amount of travel will vary depending on business needs but on average we are looking at approx. 3 days out travelling and 2 days based from home each week.
Requirements of the role include:
*OH qualification and specialist practitioner on part 3 NMC
*Previous OH Management experience
*Experience of exposure to general management issues in OH service delivery including policy development
*Committed to relevant CPD achievement and supporting colleagues with shared knowledge of OH industry
*Experience of delivering risk based proactive OH services and ideally of remotely line managing OH clinicians who cover a large geographical area
*Auditing and appraisal skills to continuously improve the clinical performance of the OH teams
Salary on offer is up to £45k + 45 per mile + excellent benefits which include holiday, pension and private healthcare
