Badenoch & Clark is currently partnering an innovative and forward-thinking company based out of Haywards Heath towards the appointment of a Reporting Analyst on an interim basis. The appointment is due to commence as soon as possible and will last a duration of 18 months.
Reporting into the HRIS & Reporting Specialist, your role will function to support the escalating reporting needs across the business during the implementation of the HR System. Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a similar position.
*Accountable for the relaying of pivotal HR information internally for company reporting
*Responsible for the production and subsequent testing of HR reports across all tiers of the business
*Work collegiately with third parties in order to guarantee that data feed are submitted according to a prescribed itinerary
*Liaise with HR colleagues in order to evaluate reporting processes and consequentially improve them
*Supporting data cleansing activities, especially in preparation for the new HR System Implementation.
*Support the senior team as required to meet their reporting, systems, and data cleansing requirements
*Significant demonstrable prior experience within a similar function
*Degree level educated within a relevant field
*Knowledge of Sucessfactors and SAP HR desirable but not essential
*Exemplary communicative capacity with a meticulous eye for detail
