The HR Administrator will report directly to one of the HR Managers and will be responsible for the HR Administration support within the HR Team

Client Details

My client, is a well established organisation with their head office in the West Midlands. They are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator top work within their busy HR Team

Description

Duties will include:

All aspects of HR Administration including, Paternity and Maternity pay, processing of variation of terms and conditions, processing leavers,

Processing trade union requests and arranging trade union elections#

Preparing and distributing briefing packs

Taking minutes in the meeting

Recording of Health and Safety incidents

Month end reporting

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience of HR administration within a busy Team

Ability to prioritise work and deliver to tight deadlines

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills

Have experience of Office 365 and Sharepoint
