A leading Retail firm based in London is looking for a Reward Business Partner to join their Human Resources and Personnel team

Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES - ACTIVITIES AND KEY DELIVERABLES OF THE REWARD BUSINESS PARTNER:

  • Work with the HR team to provide expert advice on reward and compensation issues

  • Support the HR team in developing and delivering a motivating reward offer to employees in the context of the group reward strategy

  • Maintain the reward framework and reward database ensuing the integrity of reward data.

  • Own the reward elements of the employment proposition

  • Conduct detailed reward analysis to support advice and guidance

  • Develop and distribute engaging reward communications with a focus on increasing the understanding of the value of reward

  • Manage Pay review and Annual Bonus Cycles

  • Support the development of reward packages for new hires and leavers

  • Focus on continually improving the reward processes.

  • Build the capability to manage and deliver effective rewards

  • Build relationships with reward colleagues in the Operating Companies to share knowledge, ways of working and learnings.

  • Support Group reward team in the delivery of adhoc reward projects

  • Support the annual global share plan grant

Profile

Required for the Reward Business Partner in London?

  • Significant reward experience working within a reward team

  • Strong numerical & analytical skills and strong attention to detail

  • Experience of Market data analysis and benchmarking survey inputting

  • Advanced Excel skills and intermediate Word skills

  • Experience of dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information

  • Experience of managing pay review and annual bonus processes

Desired

  • Ability to demonstrate focus on continual improvement of reward processes

  • Experience of creating and maintaining databases

  • Ability to demonstrate organised, pro-active and planned approach

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Comfortable with maintaining and developing relationships across different stakeholders

  • Capable of working on own projects and taking responsibility for workload

  • Experience of managing several projects and priorities at the same time

  • Comfortable working in an international environment and culturally aware

  • Comfortable providing support and guidance in all areas of the Group Reward Policy

  • Resilient

  • A French speaker would be a key advantage
