The Employee Relations specialist will join a busy, proactive HR team and assume responsibility for all ER issues within their designated business area, in conjunction with business managers and HR Business Partners.

Description

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of high volumes of Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance & capability
  • Proactively building relationships with business managers in order to resolve issues quickly and upskill manager capabilities within their designated business area
  • Play a pivotal role in the implementation of change processes within the business including restructures, redundancies and TUPE transfers

Profile

Michael Page are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist with the following skills & experience:

  • Strong HR Advisory or Business partnering experience within a multi-site or regional environment
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a complex employee relations cases independently
  • A track record of managing a varied and high-volume of ER cases
  • Knowledge and experience of redundancy and restructure consultation processes
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and TUPE regulations
  • CIPD or relevant experience required

Job Offer

Immediate start, initial 3 month contract with possibility of extension/permanent contract, daily rate of £220-250 (LTD) dependant on experience
