Payroll Services Product Owner
Badenoch & Clark is currently partnering a distinguished client based out of Hove towards the appointment of a Payroll Services Product Owner. This appointment is to commence immediately on an interim basis that will last the duration of 6 months.
In this position, you will be required to work collegiately with the Operations Administration Product Owner in aid of integrating the new payroll service within the existing operational model. As Payroll Services Product Owner, you will be required to delineate the contractual requirements of external payroll providers whilst simultaneously defining the payroll services operating model.
*Analyse current business resources in contrast to the proposed structure and subsequently suggest new positions that incorporate the management of a newly appointed 3rd party payroll provider
*Ensure that the company sustains its payroll in correspondence with statutory requirements
*Guarantee that all payroll and expense alterations remain in congruence with company policy
*Deliver valid insight on the growth of the payroll solution and its subsequent implementation within the administration platform
*Continually evaluate and analyse the payroll process and ensure that its framework is comprehensively and effectively managed
*CIPP qualification or equivalent desirable
*Demonstrable prior experience of overseeing payroll function
*Target Operating Model definition.
*Implemented payroll policy and processes
*Strong communication and written skills
*Previously experience administrating pension schemes
