My client is a national hospitality business who is going through an exciting period of change and is looking for a Regional HR Manager to join them. This Regional HR Manager role will cover a regional capacity during term time.

This busy and varied role will support line managers in delivering generalist HR support and HR project work. This role would suit a confident HR Manager with a multi-site background who enjoys a fast paced, autonomous role who is comfortable building and maintaining strong relationships.

Full generalist role will include:

Supporting Area Managers with all aspects of succession planning, manpower planning and management recruitment to support the business's growth and expansion strategy.

Working alongside L&D to run programmes and workshops.

Taking on projects to support the business's strategic growth plans and supporting the business with change management.

Maintaining high levels of HR visibility to encourage a supportive HR culture and approachability.

Key attributes:

Strong generalist skill set in a multi- site retail operation.

Due to the nature of the role candidates must be based comfortable with travel.
