*This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to play a central role in our organisation's future development.
*Own and develop candidate generation and candidate pipelines, ensuring the most appropriate and cost effective recruitment avenues are utilised.
*Engaging with hiring managers to ensure that we are recruiting within best practice frameworks across the company.
*Taking job briefs from Line Managers and helping to shape job descriptions.
*Using social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter to ensure the most up to date recruitment practices are being used.
*Build strong relationships with Recruitment Agencies, ensuring they are well informed on our requirements and that they are sourcing the best candidates for the business
*Manage the full scope of our assessment centres, including administration and facilitation.
*Coordinating interviews using our applicant tracking system.
*Uploading job specifications to our external careers website as well as our internal job board.
The successful candidate will have;
*Proven recruitment experience gained in a fast-paced environment
*Strong personal impact and relationship building skills, with the capability to engage with candidates, managers and external agencies.
*Successful proven experience of managing and prioritising multiple time sensitive projects effectively.
*You will need to have strong administration skills with great attention to detail.
*High pace, resilience, gravitas and flexibility.
*Preferably Graduate calibre.
