Compensation and Benefits Business Partner
up to £70 -75k per annum
Are you currently on the look-out for a new senior Compensation AND Benefits role, on a permanent basis? Have you, and do you enjoy, working on an international basis? And do you have previous experience of harmonising Comp and Bens initiatives and processes in line with mergers and acquisitions? If so, we might have the perfect position for you.
As part of a large, international blue chip business, you will lead the way for managing, and developing reward strategies and policies, especially in light of a recent merger (one of your first tasks will be to lead on a harmonisation project in relation to two sets of legacy Comp and Bens frameworks across EMEA).
As a senior expert in your field, you will provide support and guidance to Country HRMs across EMEA on the employee relations and collective bargaining implications of reward issues and assist in their management. FYI - my client is looking for a technical expert in both compensation AND benefits, so please only apply if you can demonstrate experience of both on your CV.
*Managing, and developing reward strategy and policies, as well as managing and operating job evaluation systems
*Develop an understanding / appreciation of the organisation’s overall reward packages (salary, Equity, Bonus, Benefits, Pension) and their position in the market
*Management of BAU projects on a region wide basis, encompassing all aspects of compensation and benefits including international mobility issues
*Development of the department’s involvement in the regulatory and compliance aspects of the wider business (structure of compensation and variable pay, Solvency II remuneration guidelines and gender pay reporting etc.)
*Analysis, manipulation and presentation of data
*Conducting benchmarking exercises and advising the business on competitiveness of reward packages
*Development of policy and purchase of services, ensuring this is communicated to the wider organisation (i.e. write and devise employee communications on reward package elements)
*Providing input to the Company budgeting process on remuneration and benefits costs, managing and administering Global Mobility packages and policies
*As required, implement changes to reward packages, fully addressing legal considerations
*Support the Compensation Review Process for the EMEA region
*Preparing submissions to salary surveys
*Supporting the HR department in conducting grading reviews by providing advice and guidance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*Previous experience of working at a Senior level in Reward, Compensation and Benefits
*Knowledge of working across multiple locations / internationally
*Exposure to mergers and acquisitions
* Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills
