Resourcing Business Partner (bilingual)


c. £65,000 per annum

As an experienced Recruitment professional, are you now looking for a new, permanent challenge? Do you speak another European language (ideally French, German or Spanish)? And are you used to handling a high volume of mid to senior level recruitment campaigns? If so, we may have the ideal opportunity for you.


Working for a large, international blue chip organisation, you will become an integral part of their EMEA Resourcing team, focused on regional recruitment across multiple countries. You must demonstrate an excellent level of proactivity, and be able to showcase ‘best in class’ resourcing capabilities, especially in line with senior resourcing campaigns (i.e. Assistant VP level and above).


* Working closely with the HR business partners and business leaders across EMEA region, to source the best talent (i.e. hire higher calibre talent than their competitors) and then ensure a smooth offer and on-boarding process
* Assist in the organisation’s wider goal to evolve and modernise their resourcing processes, to ensure end-to-end recruitment processes are transformed for the better
* Source candidates in new and innovative ways and from diverse sources
* Ensure talent pools are proactively managed (i.e. looking beyond immediate needs), assist with internal moves and work on brand perception strategies, to ensure the organisation becomes a brand leader and an employer of choice
* Devise bespoke recruitment strategies for each role as they arise, including the implementation of proactive marketing, sourcing, and advertising strategies
* Source, screen and assess competence of candidates against the relevant job specification
* Manage key stakeholders efficiently throughout the recruitment process and beyond
* Build strategic and meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, demonstrating the true value add of a Resourcing Business Partner
* Line Management of one Associate Recruiter


* Fluency in another European language is essential – ideally French, German or Spanish
* Extensive experience of recruitment at all levels, especially showcasing a proven ability to source and design innovative direct recruitment strategies
* Experience of managing senior stakeholders is essential
* Sound project management capability as well as exposure to working within an environment of change and growth
* Financial services sector experience is desirable
