My client, a high growth and incredibly niche SAAS technology firm are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team on a permanent basis working from the Manchester headquarters. This organisation has a solid product that has established its brand within the market and is now focusing on further growth and success.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with Senior Leaders across the business to support with all recruitment requirements, advising and assisting line managers with job descriptions, the overall interview process and onboarding as well as taking ownership of candidate pre-screening and building a talent pipeline. The successful individual must be a confident head-hunter that has previous success highlighting and engaging with top talent across technical and sales focussed roles.

It is essential that the Talent Acquisition Manager has strong influencing and stakeholder management skills along with a resilient personality that is comfortable working in an ever changing environment that prides itself on its high performing culture.

Key responsibilities:
• Assisting and advising senior leaders on recruitment best practice
• Taking active vacancies to market as well as building a talent pipeline for future requirements as the business continues to grow
• Head-hunting top talent, focussing on SAAS developers (AWS & Java ideally) and sales professionals
• Candidate pre-screening before introducing to line managers and assisting with the interview process
• Being the first point of contact for filling vacancies and identifying sourcing requirements
• Experience of defining / realigning “routes to market” in a progressive and competitive .
