Head of Employee Shared Services
A leading UK brand is looking for a "Head of Employee Shared Services" to be based in Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and management of all HR central employee life cycle services You will also manage the external relationships with third party supplies into the Shared Services function. Other key accountabilities will include:
*Leadership and transformation.
*Reviewing working practices, benchmarking and managing them against agreed SLA's.
*Provide clear strategic advice to the HR management team.
*Managing the commercial relationship with third party providers.
*Responsible for the delivery of back office HR Administration, advisory services and Benefits with a clear focus of "customer service" to the business.
*Provide metrics/KPI's when required.
Whilst not essential, exposure to delivering a shared services model within a unionised environment would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record leading "best in class" Shared Service functions. Your expertise will include the ability to lead a large team plus the ability to work with and manage key senior stakeholder relationships. A highly commercial individual you will be able to translate key strategic organisational objectives into deliverable HR Shared Service behaviours. You will have experience of managing contractual relationships with third party providers with proven experience of project managing programmes of change. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work at "pace" and juggle priorities. Experience of corporate governance and/or working with "Audit" teams would be highly beneficial.
