Regional HR Advisor (Waste Management)
Oakleaf Partnership is thrilled to be partnering with a reputable and growing environmental waste management business in their search for a fantastic Regional HR Advisor. This is a brand-new role within their growing HR team and will support a regional client group based across the south of England. The role will allow you to work autonomously and will encompass a blend of strategic and operational day-to-day ER and HR work.Key responsibilities include:To lead the operational management of the HR Advisory Service for a set group of clients.Drive a strong culture of engagement and positive employee relations across the business. To support and ensure that the regional client group are provided consistent and best practice ER advice.To provide guidance and support to client managers relating to the interpretation of policies and procedures based on client policies and procedures, best practice and the latest employment case law.To manage a caseload of complex case work including investigations. Experience Required:Experience of working in a generalist HR Advisor role with a focus on ER case work.Proven experience of working with full range of employee lifecycle processes.Experience of using a HR Information Systems.It is essential that successful candidates have proven experience of working within a fast-paced reactive environment.If this role sounds of interest please do apply!
