Reporting to the Regional Head of Compensation, this role will be responsible for the management and implementation of compensation programmes across the region. The main responsibilities will be to manage the Annual Review Cycle across EMEA as well as providing guidance on salary and incentive proposals. You will determine appropriate incentive targets as well as overseeing the management of the market data process, including job matching and data analysis for regional roles along with participating in the creation of the new jobs or revision of old jobs. In this role there will be opportunities to undertake compensation related project work and serve as the Compensation lead for M&A activity within EMEA.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in all aspects of the annual compensation cycle including the salary and bonus review, market data collection and analysis. An ability to interpret and apply regulatory legislation is required along with strong analytical skills.
