My client are a not for profit organisation based in the Canary Wharf. Due to an increased work load and demand within the HR team they require additional resource to join them on a temporary basis. The positions as HR Administrators will be the perfect opportunity for someone to grow and develop their HR knowledge within a value-led organisation. Duties will include but are not limited to: Updating the HR systemCleansing the database, and updating employee filesManaging the whole employee life-cycle in terms of contracts; starters/leavers/sickness/holidays etc.Creating reports and HR metrics for management There is a massive emphasis within this role to be passionate and driven within HR; a good attitude and the willingness to learn will lead you to be successful within the business.
