Overview

Provide proactive recruitment leadership and support to an aligned business unit. The position will act as "Account Manager" and provide hands-on full life cycle recruitment for internal client groups with high volume recruitment needs. Source, assess, and recruit candidates for permanent and contract openings at all levels for the UK&I. Develop and implement innovative and cost effective recruiting strategies for positions.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage full life cycle recruitment; source, assess, and recruit candidates for a variety of positions at all levels

Develop strong relationships with senior management in order to forecast recruitment needs; provide consultation to key hiring managers and implement innovative and cost effective recruiting strategies linked with business needs.

Utilize your deep knowledge of online sourcing and networking to create new communities that identify and build talent pipelines

Source on Linkedin, Google, Indeed, Monster, Career Builder, Associations, and social media

Provide selection and assessment expertise to business.

Utilize Taleo (requisition and applicant tracking system) to post positions, manage candidates, develop reports, and maintain all recruitment data.

Work with HR colleagues (generalists and specialists) to identify new opportunities to add value to the organization; help HR colleagues with projects (as and where needed).

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Extensive recruitment experience with a track record of success in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment. Prior experience working in a global information, financial services, or technology company is highly desirable.

Proven skills in sourcing candidates using a variety of methods, e.g. database searches, internet job postings, campus recruitment, cold calling, candidate referrals and networking.

Experience with competency based interviewing

Has the ability to drive the direct sourcing model by directly sourcing the best talent for the company with minimal use of 3rd party suppliers

Experience leading recruiting initiatives and managing both Permanent and Temporary recruitment

Ability to deal with high vacancy numbers without compromising candidate quality or an effective and timely service to the business

Can coach and train managers on best practice recruitment and selection skills

Must be a self-starter, strong team player; and possess strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality.

Prior experience with a web based applicant tracking system

Strong PC skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
