Better Placed HR People are recruiting for a Interim Reward Manager to join an exciting and growing financial services business based in London. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will be responsible for managing a Reward Analyst and providing a comprehensive Reward service to the business. This is a great reward opportunity for a compensation & benefits specialist looking to work for a progressive and highly profitable business.

Working as part of a larger HR team, you will work closely with your colleagues in HR partnering to provide pro-active reward solutions. This organisation have a leading approach to employee wellbeing and engagement so you will be leading the design and delivery of a reward framework that will allow the organisation to promote themselves effectively in the engagement and wellbeing space. You will have total involvement in the annual bonus and pay review processes and work in partnership with the rest of the reward team and the head of reward on all remuneration committee requirements.

You will be someone who has a proven background in a Reward management role, you must have experience of operating within a regulated environment and be able to demonstrate how you have owned and delivered annual compensation reviews, you will have been the lead on all business as usual reward activity and year end review processes within a medium size business or a division of a larger corporate.

If you are working within a large business and looking for a Reward role that will see you get involved in a broader remit. It would equally suit someone who is currently working in a medium size business and would like the opportunity to join a similar size business with big ambitions.
