We are working with a diverse business whom at the core are investment management with several exciting ventures. Their culture is fun, sociable and rewarding.

The position we are recruiting for is a Learning & Development Consultant, but not in the traditional sense.

As part of a small team, you'll be responsible mainly for management training and coaching. This will include the entire spectrum from relationship building, identifying needs, design, delivery and coaching.

The existing team have developed around 15 programmes for the entire group from scratch so far and this is the way they will continue to work, hence looking for someone that is creative, able to think clearly in an ambiguous environment, passionate, and confident in their ability.

You must have experience of managing people in a performance led environment, coaching, and designing training.

Responsibilities will include:

Deliver key learning deliverables for the group

Continue to develop the skills and performance of managers

Act as a role model, influencing, motivating and inspiring achievements

Provide coaching independently and in sessions

Maintain clear records of coaching activity and plans

Initiative changes and improvements to programmes, procedures etc.

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will possess the following:

Experience managing people and coaching in an ambiguous environment

Experience delivering training to managers, coaching workshops, delivering classroom training and coaching one to one

Change management experience is desired

An ability to think on your feet, use initative and act independently
