We are working on a terrific opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a diverse, energetic and high achieving investment management firm. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a position that has involved a high volume of organising, as the opportunity here is busy, administrative and will require fast pace and good attention to detail.

You'll support the recruitment team including the Recruitment Manager with:

Coordinating and scheduling interviews, this will be high volume and include dealing with busy diaries and complex interview schedules

Managing relationships with Recruiters in your team, internal stakeholders / hiring managers, interviewers, recruitment agencies and directly with candidates

Manage the applicant tracking system, producing reports and analysis for the recruitment team to assist them in improving the process

Generating contracts for employment

Administering the onboarding of new joiners to include referencing and registering details on the HR system

Candidates suitable for this position will:

Have experience in a busy, fast paced support/ recruitment admin position

Be highly organised and able to juggle multiple diaries, demands, schedules and administration

Have the gravitas to build relationships and influence speed and efficiency in organising interviews as soon as possible

Have outstanding attention to detail (there is a test at interview stage!)

Be adept at using Excel

Be sociable, outgoing and helpful!
