HR/Payroll Advisor - London - Immediate Start - Temporary Role

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the HR administrator with handling all first level queries and questions in order to provide a streamlined and efficient service. Payroll experience is essential. You will also provide advice to employees and managers on the following policies, procedures, legislation, flexible benefits and recognition platform queries, performance management, grievance, disciplinaries, capability issues, holiday and maternity/paternity entitlements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent communication skills. Proven experience as a HR Generalist and must have previous experience with Payroll. Experience using Oracle based HR Software.
