As a Senior Associate of HR operations you will lead a team of two supporting the UK business for HR operations. You will be part of a wider team which will involve recruitment, L and D and reward functions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have managed members of a team before, preferably in a financial services environment. You will have a solid understanding of HR operations including ER, recruitment, cyclical HR and the full employee life cycle. You must be available on short notice and a degree qualification is preferred.
