Learning and Development Manager
We are delighted to be able to bring to the market an excellent opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join this major player in the transport sector.
This role has come about as a result of internal progression and will support a headcount of approx. 1700 employees working as part of a team. This is a full 360-degree L&D role which will be responsible for the design and delivery of all developmental.
The ideal candidate will come from a full 360 L&D role (as supposed to training background) and will have experience from within a customer service based sector and ideally possess a coaching qualification that will facilitate their delivery of both 121 and group coaching at all level including Senior Management level.
You must bring with you a toolkit of expertise in blended learning approaches including classroom based learning, ELearning & Digital and other creative and innovative styles and approaches to engage and inspire your chosen audience.
You will be an engaging and motivated individual who is motivated by results and challenging the status quo in. Needless to say, your stakeholder management skills must be second to none in order to gain credibility and succeed in his role.
