Are you passionate, open minded and lovely to work with? Can you lead our growing team of HR Partners and champion our innovative people agenda? If the answer is yes, take on this exciting new role and help us to deliver our ambitious plans for the future by providing consistently excellent HR services.

At Old Mill, we know our people are our most important asset. Without them we can’t provide our clients with life changing tax, accountancy and financial planning advice. So, to help us attract, develop and retain the best people in a rapidly changing and increasingly competitive job market, we’ve appointed our first ever HR Director and are growing our HR team by 40%.

This role will put you at the heart of everything from talent management and succession planning to organisation design and employee relations and policies. Deputising for our HR Director, you’ll develop and deliver L&D programmes. You’ll align performance with reward and recognition. Above all, you’ll inspire your team of HR Partners to drive positive cultural change and provide brilliant HR support.

You should have an impressive track record of supporting the strategic and operational delivery of people agendas gained as a Senior HR Business Partner with an organisation that has experienced significant change. Not afraid to challenge and innovate, your generalist HR experience should cover employee engagement, organisational restructures and performance and talent management. A great communicator with the credibility to influence and build strong relationships with colleagues at every level, you’ll also need to know everything there is to know about rewards from job evaluation and pay structures to benchmarking and analytics.
