We have a new and exciting opportunity for a part time Learning and Development Adviser working within our busy HR team.

About the role

You will be joining the NFU at a critical time; one of our five priorities is to grow the knowledge and skills of our staff. The L&D Adviser is a new role and will be at the heart of this priority; identifying skills gaps and providing creative learning and development solutions around the full suite of learning interactions.

You will work closely with a passionate and committed HR team that wants to deliver a great HR service to its customers.

About you

You will have a proven track record in the full L&D life cycle and a strong toolkit of blended learning solutions. You will have experience of designing a range of training solutions, planning and organisation skills and management skills.

You will be innovative and highly organised, engaging and committed to providing excellent customer service to external and internal customers. You’ll also have the confidence and resilience to drive learning standards and meet deadlines.
