Generalist HR Officer job, reporting directly in to the HR Manager, providing a complete HR service for this Liverpool based business. Driven to provide a forward thinking, rewarding environment you will lead from the front as a key part of employee welfare and engagement projects. Working closely with line managers you will take a lead with recruitment and support the resourcing and talent planning to help plan the future of the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a generalist HR Officer or Advisor position and currently be studying or CIPD qualified. You will have strong Excel skills and be confident in using HR systems to report and analyse data.
