Your new company
The role will be reporting to the HR Director, and the Senior HR Manager will support the HRD to deliver the strategic business plan by creating new business opportunities whilst also proactively managing a portfolio of clients and developing metrics. This is an exciting time to join the consultancy arm of this business to help shape the HR business for the future. The HR Consultancy business is a fast growing and dynamic business within the firm of Chartered Accountants, and will be located in the City of London.

Your new role
As the successful candidate you will be a true HR generalist with a focus on ER, who will be involved in ensuring the service delivery is consistently to a high standard as well as being strategic and providing strong leadership to the team of consultants. You will have significant HR experience at a senior level and will have managed a HR team, within a professional services consultancy environment. The right person will be innovative and provide cutting edge HR solutions to multiple clients. The successful candidate will think commercially, be a strong influencer with the ability to drive change and growth. Having experience of working across various sectors and industries is desirable as is an appreciation of working in an LLP & consultancy environment with numerous Partners will be a must.

What you'll need to succeed
A proven Senior HR Manager with experience in working for a LLP or consultancy business will be a must. Ability to provide strategic and complex HR and employment law advice within the UK Experienced in presenting technical HR information to a diverse audience Commercially minded and a strong leader Able to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally Proficient in HR systems & MS Office suite Line management experience within at least two different organisations CIPD qualified or equivalent HR degree.
