Your new role
You will be joining a global HR team. Partnering with the business to find and develop the right professionals. Their HR team works closely with the leaders of the business to ensure they play a core role in shaping the future of the firm. You will be joining as a HR Manager supporting two of their practice areas and managing a HR Adviser. You will be partnering for all day to day HR management matters such as advice on resource plans and talent or succession mapping, employee relations, resourcing, development and reward.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience as a HR generalist and business partnering experience at manager level, having worked in a professional services environment. You will be able to demonstrate that you have been a key decision maker in relation to complex HR and employee relations issues, recommending commercial solutions and guidance in approach.
