We are partnering with a Global Financial Services organisation to recruit for a Compensation Analyst to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Compensation this role will provide support the business through year end processes as will as having involvement in a number of key compensation related projects through the EMEA region. Duties will include providing compensation advisory support and oversight as well as analysing all market data and providing MI reports.
