EMEA Compensation Manager
We are currently partnering with a Financial Services organisation to recruit a Cash Compensation Manager. Reporting into the EMEA Head of Compensation, the main purpose of this role will be to provide a comprehensive Compensation service to the business area. The role will be the compensation lead through year-end processes as well as providing advisory support, analysing market data and providing management information reports. Other responsibilities also include partnering with the business on key compensation initiatives across EMEA.
The successful candidate will have strong experience as a regional/global cash compensation lead within a Financial Services or a Global/matrix organisation. You will have proven success in the management of projects as well as have experience of managing and coaching juniors within the team. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required along with the ability to build strong relationships as a trusted partner.
