Compensation Specialist - 3 month FTC
We are partnering with a leading Management Consulting organisation based in central London on a three month Fixed Term Contract. This Compensation Specialist role reports into the Head of Compensation and will cover a global remit. You will be responsible for benchmarking, salary surveys and job evaluations.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar Compensation/Reward capacity. You will have strong Excel skills and comfortable with high volumes of data as well as the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
