HR (TUPE) Advisor
Reports to: Head of Human Resources
Location: Head Office, Lincolnshire
As a new start-up organisation, we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor with proven expertise in TUPE to join our team based at our Head Office in Lincolnshire. You will have solid knowledge of employment legislation, law and its application in TUPE and other HR related matters. The successful candidate will be required to travel from time to time to our other sites in the South and RAF Valley, which will necessitate occasional overnight stays.
Experience of dealing with TUPE is essential, as are excellent interpersonal skills, communication and experience of delivering presentations to various audiences.
The right candidate will provide project management expertise (in accordance with TUPE end to end life cycle) to Contract mobilisation/demobilisation by defining and delivering the HR components of the process including employee and operational management, client and trade union liaison by building strong influential relationships. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be experienced in supporting and developing line managers through this change process.
You will support the HR Function by ensuring cost and risk management is considered and due diligence and statutory consultation is carried out. Analytical with the ability to interrogate data to inform commercial decision making.
The successful candidate will have the tenacity and experience to deliver exceptional HR Solutions and be CIPD qualified or be qualified by experience. You must have substantial HR experience in Project and Change Management., Operational Management, Employee Relations and Policy Application.
