To play a key role in the delivery of a professional Reward service in a challenging BPO environment

To support the delivery of a comprehensive Reward service to business and a client, including annual base pay and performance pay reviews, to a high quality and within strict deadlines, and in the context of varying legacy benefits and location-specific variations

Take responsibility for certain benefits, including renewals and 3rd party governance activity

Using Reward expertise and both data and policy analytical skills, to undertake related HR projects activity and support reward strategy and policy development as requested

BAU Reward Service Delivery:

Delivery of Reward activity within agreed Client / SLAs. This may include job evaluations, ad hoc T&C / benefits advice to the HR teams, PMI and other benefits scheme administration, including annual renewal and tax communications, annual salary benchmarking processes and completion of salary & benefits surveys

Undertake Client and company annual pay review and bonus review data preparation and calculations, and liaise with the business areas to ensure completion to agreed methodology and timescales

Ad hoc data analysis support is undertaken as requested

Reward processes are continuously improved

Support benefits awareness activities by initiating and/or developing ideas, and taking ownership for implementation of any agreed actions

Identify opportunities for cost savings and standardisation of approach where appropriate

3rd party provider renewals and governance :

Undertake employee benefit data preparation, calculations and analysis in support of annual renewals as required

Manage the renewals process for specified benefits as required, and the associated provider relationships on an ongoing basis

Challenge providers on best practice solutions and value for money

Experience -

Previous experience in a Reward / Comp & Bens role (strongly desirable)

Proven data modelling and analytical skills in a HR environment

Excellent attention to detail / high standards

Report writing skills

Experienced Reward professional, with experience of working in a change environment with legacy terms and conditions, preferably multi-site

Experience of managing / delivering annual remuneration reviews

Reward experience gained within the Financial Services industry

Project management/planning/organisational skills

Relationship building skills

Experience of working with Unions

Experience of working in an Business Process Outsource environment
