My client, an International Law firm based in The City is recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team.

Reporting into the Team Lead, responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the administration and organisation of the graduate campaigns and fairs at specific universities

Assisting with the administration and organisation of all in-house events

Managing relevant inbox

Managing invoices and budget spreadsheet as well as travel expenses

Working closely with recruitment Managers by promoting vacancies at universities, supporting facilitating in assessment and induction days

The ideal candidate will possess:

2:1 degree or higher

Strong administrative and organisation skills

Strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects

A keen interest to develop their career in recruitment

Experience working in a demanding environment

Impeccable written and spoken English

Impeccable telephone manner

Ability to engage with senior people
