Senior HR Assistant
We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to join a great company in North Yorkshire. They are looking for someone to support for approximately 12 months to cover maternity leave working within a small HR department of 5.
In this role you will have a large involvement in dealing with casework, you will be responsible for guiding managers through investigations as well as the disciplinary, grievance and capability processes. You will also complete the full recruitment process including placing adverts, being the first port of call for any candidate queries and then both arranging and attending interviews. There will also be opportunities for you to get involved in project work such as salary reviews.
What you need:
· Previous experience working within a HR team.
· Strong knowledge of employment law and HR processes including disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies.
· Experience of interviewing, shortlisting and advertising for recruitment.
· CIPD Level 5 Qualification is desirable.
