Global Internal HR & Ops Manager - Professional Services
A highly regarded global management consulting organisation is looking for a global internal HR & Ops Manager to join the business based in London. Reporting in to the Global HR & Ops Director, you will be responsible for providing HR & Ops advisory support to a large global business unit (up to Partner level). You will manage the global and London HR and Ops strategy, working closely with your stakeholders.
More specifically, as a global internal HR & Ops Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and executing the global people operations strategy for your global client groups (including management of the global operations, employees and culture) working closely with the business up to Partner level, participating in HR Leadership Meetings
- Managing hiring initiatives across your client groups as well as workforce planning & resource management
- Managing global people & ops change projects working with other global HR & Ops Managers (e.g. Events, Training design and delivery, people initiatives, office re-locations, business continuity plans, facilities projects, employee engagement)
- Managing the Ops budget
- Managing ongoing policy changes & compliance
You will have a track record as a global HR and / or Ops Manager ideally within a global professional services organisation. You will be strategic, a strong communicator and operationally strong. You will be comfortable managing multiple global projects at once as well as working directly with senior stakeholders internally and externally. A degree (2:1+) and/ or CIPD if preferred.
