Head of Reward UK
Oakleaf Partnership have been retained by a global Professional/Financial Services organisation on the appointment of a UK Head of Reward. Reporting into the HR Director, the UK Head of Reward will have line management responsibility for a Reward Analyst and oversee a population of c.3,000. The position is a combination of BAU cash comp reward processes, stakeholder management and strategy. This role will be the Country Manager so all decision making around reward for the UK will fall into this position. Key responsibilities:Responsible for developing and leading the total Reward strategy including pension and benefits, local LTIPSContribute to the development of the Employee Value Proposition to support the delivery of the 2017/2018 and beyond strategyLead the salary and bonus modernisation including benchmarking, automate, routinize, and make robust processes and proceduresBuild a close working relationship with the EMEA reward lead and teamsWork closely with the Benefits and Pension lead so that in time this cluster of activities becomes part of the overall Reward functionDevelop strong working relationships with the key leaders in business and in FinanceKey requirements:Previous experience within a Professional or Financial services environmentExcellent stakeholder and relationship management skillsAbility to take ownership and make decisions at country levelSound knowledge of reward and ability to establish, drive and implement a first-class reward strategyKnowledge of benefits would be beneficial but not essentialPrevious management experience or the ability and interest to manage a team To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
